LUCIANA

Luciana is the Technical Coordinator and Signatory of the Dimensional division of Trescal’s Camaçari unit in Bahia, Brazil. She was already working with  MEC-Q, prior to its acquisition by Trescal and has been with the company for 20 years. Her first experience in metrology was as a trainee.

Her career has always been marked by a lot of training. Recently, she returned to the calibration lab and rediscovered a calibration label she worked on 20 years ago when she was an intern. This enabled her to remember and realize that all steps she had undertaken had been essential in her professional career development  and to the growth of the company. The path she has accomplished in the company means she can now follow the development of the laboratory, undertake innovations, update systems and technologies, increase productivity as well as the quality of services and procedures.
